Private Prescriptions- From £25
Private Sick Note- £40
Duplicate Sick Note- £ 50
Fitness to travel Exemption- £75
Gym Exemption- £50
Referral to secondary care- £50 per referral
Copies of notes/ consultations- From £50
Detailed letters / Insurance- From £75
Home Visits:
From £200 (for 20 minutes)
Nb: Home Visits are only available for a 5 mile radius from TW7 postcode
